1. Overview

TradFit Voice Support is a business-to-business ("B2B") communication tool used by staff of contracting hospitals, hotels, and similar facilities (the "Organization") to receive multilingual calls from guests, patients, and visitors with real-time transcription and translation. The App is not a consumer service. Staff accounts are issued by the Organization that has signed an agreement with TradFit.

This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.

2. Data Controller / Roles

If you are a staff user, please also consult your Organization's internal privacy notice. If you are a guest, the Organization you are contacting is responsible for how your information is handled after the call.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the call, translation, chat, and account features.
